2. Our delivery partner will take the best care of your product to keep it intact all the way, no matter how the weather or traffic goes on.
3. You should try to open the bag or box in front of the delivery man or at the courier counter to check if it is within the desired level.
4. You pay the price or condition amount.
5. If you found something wrong or damaged, wrong colour or wrong seize, wrong product or wrong quantity, order mismatch, then just ask the delivery man or courier to return or rearrange a correct delivery.
6. Any warranty or guarantee should be treated according to the declaration found in the web while ordering or with the product packing and if any.
7. If you order a wrong one, and found that you need to change the product, please return the product as intact at your cost and pay for further rearranged courier cost.
8. If it is our mistake, we would be delighted to pay for the further courier expenses.
