Anyone who has the source to supply any legal and good quality products and/or services for Tattu Limited’s Consumers, can request to open a virtual business store at www.tattu.com.bd for displaying any legal & ethical good quality goods & services and can offer competitive prices to our consumers for selling and safely delivering. Any Illegal products, services and/or offers display, buy, sell and/or transaction are not allowed using www.tattu.com.bd platform directly or indirectly. If found any, will be removed immediately without delay and without any notice and also will be legally prosecuted.

No sellers will be allowed to sell any energy boosting drinks or foods from www.tattu.com.bd, though they are available locally and legally.

No colour cosmetics for women or men can be displayed and sell using www.tattu.com.bd platform directly or indirectly unless showing proper quality assurance certifications of international standard and legally accepted.

Ready foods can be displayed and offered for pre-orders by ensuring food safety and hygiene, safe packing, on-time delivery and commitment to produce as testy as declared.

Tattu Limited reserves the right to buy or sell products within it’s own defined ethics & policies too.

From a Consumer’s perspective:

Buyers at www.tattu.com.bd will enjoy an utmost facility from the Tattu Limited Management for securing their rights as a consumer. Bearing in mind, a consumer will purchase products for consumption purpose only. Not to make business or stocking purpose. Because consumers are to consume, not to make business with. Even if they re-sell any product or services, which is/was purchased from www.tattu.com.bd, will do it at their own risk and policy. Tattu Limited will not bear any responsibility on such unauthorised trade.

Consumers are not investors:

Recently it has been observed that the consumers are claiming that they have invested some amount at several online e-commerce site to buy products at a cheaper rate and to gain money from reselling the product to a third person. This doesn’t make any sense to Tattu Limited Authority. Tattu Limited declares that Tattu will never come out with any such offers, not even any of the www.tattu.com.bd’s sellers will be allowed to offer any such. If found such, will be removed immediately. Tattu Limited also believes that the Consumers are to consume products and/or services, not to make profits by reselling any products and/or services purchased from www.tattu.com.bd, nor they are trade licence holders for trading or tax payers against the profits they will make. So, we discourage such activity.

Hence, Tattu Limited Management will always honour any legal and ethical activity and will secure consumers right at a highest level. But to err is human and also tricky people are all around us to make unethical profits. So we humbly request every concern to notify us if found any discrepancy and thus to allow us to clarify and find out the problem’s whereabouts.

টাট্টু লিমিটেড মনে করে এর ক্রেতাগন পন্ন্য বা সেবা ক্রয় করবে তা নিজে ব্যাবহার করার জন্য। পুনরায় বিক্রি অথবা মজুদদারি করার জন্য নয়। ক্রেতা নিজ ইচ্ছায় যদি কোন পন্ন্য পুনরায় বিক্রি অথবা মজুদদারি করে তবে তা সম্পূর্ণ নিজ দায়িত্বে করেছে বলে গন্ন্য হবে। এতে পন্ন্য বিক্রয়ের শর্ত ভঙ্গ হবে বা হয়েছে বলে গন্ন্য হবে এবং টাট্টু লিমিটেড কোন রকম দায়ভার গ্রহন করিবে না। পন্ন্য ক্রয়ের সময় কোন গ্যারান্টি বা ওয়ারেন্টি (যদি থেকে থাকে) তবে তা বাতিল হয়ে যাবে।

2. Our delivery partner will take the best care of your product to keep it intact all the way, no matter how the weather or traffic goes on.

আবহাওয়া অথবা রাস্তার ধকল যেমনটিই হোক না কেনো, আপনার পণ্যটি সর্বোত্তম যত্নসহকারে অক্ষুণ্ণ ও অক্ষত অবস্থায় আপনার দোরগোড়ায় নিয়ে যেতে অঙ্গীকারাবদ্ধ আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনার।

3. However, morally you should try to open the bag or box in front of the delivery man or at the courier counter to check if it is within the desired level.

তথাপিও, পণ্যটি সঠিক মাপে, বর্ণে ও ডিজাইনে আছে কিনা তা ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে অথবা কুরিয়ার কাউন্টারে প্যাকেট খুলে দেখা আপনার নৈতিক দায়িত্ব।

4. You pay the price or condition amount to the delivary person or at the courier counter. Alternatively you can pay us online while ordering your desired goods. Please also check the other payment options available and suitable for your convenience.

পণ্যটি বুঝে পেয়ে ডেলিভারি ম্যান অথবা কুরিয়ার কাউন্টারে পণ্যটির নির্ধারিত মূল্য অথবা শর্তযুক্ত মূল্য পরিশোধ করুণ। অথবা আপনার সুবিধাজনক অন্ন্যান্য পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম থেকে সুবিধাজনক যেকোনো একটি মাধ্যম বেছে নিন।

5. If you found something wrong or damaged, wrong colour or wrong seize, wrong product or wrong quantity, order mismatch, then just please make a call to our customer service i.e. +880-161-444-5555 with your order detail, discuss and if agreed both the side, without doing further damage to the packet or to the product, just ask the delivery man or courier to return or rearrange a correct delivery.

যদি আপুনি কোন ভুল আইটেম, ভুল সাইজ, ভুল ডিজাইন অথবা খারাপ মান বা খতিগ্রস্থ আইটেম পেয়ে থাকেন তবে দয়াকরে তৎক্ষণাৎ +৮৮০-১৬১-৪৪৪-৫৫৫৫ (+880-161-444-5555) নম্বরে আমদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস প্রতিনিধিকে আপনার অর্ডারের ডিটেইল সহ কি কি অসঙ্গতি রয়েছে তা অবগত করুন। উভয়ের সন্মতিতে, প্যাকেটটির অথবা আইটেমের/পন্ন্যের আর কোন ক্ষতি না করে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে অথবা কুরিয়ার ডেস্কে তা রিটার্ন করার জন্য অথবা সঠিক পন্ন্যের পুনঃ ডেলিভারি করার জন্য ফেরত দিন।

6. Any warranty or guarantee should be treated according to the declaration found in the web while ordering or with the product packing, if any, also whichever commences and ends earlier.

যে কোন পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি বা গ্যারান্টি, যদি থেকে থাকে, তবে তা অর্ডার করার সময় আমাদের ওয়েব এ যে ভাবে বর্ণিত আছে অথবা পণ্যের প্যাকেজিং সাথে যে ভাবে বর্ণিত আছে, এর মাঝে যেকোন একটি যেটির তারিখ গননার শুরু ও শেষ আগে সম্পন্ন্য হবে, সে শর্ত ও হিশেবেই সমাদৃত ও শেষ বোলে বিবেচিত বা গন্ন্য হবে।

7. If you order a wrong one, and found that you need to change the product, please return the product as intact at your cost and pay for return and further rearranged courier cost.

যদি আপুনি ভুল প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করে থাকেন, এবং তা পরিবর্তন করতে চান, তবে পণ্য টি সর্বোত্তম যত্নসহকারে অক্ষুণ্ণ ও অক্ষত অবস্থায় আপনার খরচ এ ফেরত দিন এবং পুনরায় কুরিয়ারে সঠিক পণ্যটি পেতে কুরিয়ার যোগে ফেরত এবং পুনরায় কুরিয়ারে প্রাপ্তির মুল্য পরিশোধ করুণ।

8. If it is our mistake, we would be delighted to pay for the further courier expenses.

যদি আমদের ভুল হয়ে থাকে, তবে আমরা সানন্দে পণ্যটি কুরিয়ার যোগে ফেরত আনা এবং পুনরায় কুরিয়ারে পাঠানোর মুল্য পরিশোধ করব।

9. Your discount card (if any) for further purchase from www.tattu.com.bd is subject to validity upon successful payment of your prior purchase from www.tattu.com.bd. The discount card should be used within 30 days of first purchase.

পণ্য ক্রয়ের সাথে পাওয়া আপনার পরবর্তী ক্রয়ে প্রযোজ্য মূল্য কর্তন কার্ডটি (যদি থাকে) www.tattu.com.bd থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ৩০ (ত্রিশ) দিন পূর্ব পর্যন্ত ক্রয়ক্রিত পণ্য এবং তার মূল্য পরিশোধ সাপেক্ষে গ্রহণযোগ্য বলে গণ্য হইবে।

10. In case of any return or mistake which might lead to non-payment of the consignment, your discount card for the next purchase would not be validated.

যদি কোন ভুলে অথবা পণ্য ফেরতজনিত কারনে মূল্য পরিশোধ তিরোহিত বা পরিত্যাক্ত হয় তবে পণ্য ক্রয়ের (যা বাতিল হইয়াছে) সাথে পাওয়া আপনার পরবর্তী ক্রয়ে প্রযোজ্য মূল্য কর্তন কার্ডটি তাহার প্রয়োগ ক্ষমতা হারাইয়াছে বোলে গণ্য হইবে।

T&C’s - Cash on Delivery options:

1. Tattu Limited (whereas www.tattu.com.bd) reserves the right to display, show prices, manage and maintain stock limits with its contracted vendors and their own products.

টাট্টু লিমিটেড তাহাদের নিজস্ব এবং ভেন্ডরের পণ্য প্রদর্শন, মূল্য নির্ধারণ, পণ্য ব্যাবস্থাপনা ও তত্ত্বাবধান এবং সীমিত পর্যায়ে মজুদকরন এর নীতি ও সক্ষমতা সংরক্ষণ করে।

2. Tatty Limited is committed to deliver the best possible products available during the particular time of receiving the order.

টাট্টু লিমিটেড পণ্য সরবরাহের আদেশ যে কোন নির্দিষ্ট মুহূর্তে প্রাপ্তি সাপেক্ষে ঐ নির্দিষ্ট মুহূর্তে স্টকে থাকা সর্বোত্তম পণ্যটি সরবরাহে অঙ্গীকারাবদ্ধ।

3. The vendors or retailers are the sole responsible for the authenticity, quality, availability, warranty, guaranty, return and/or rearrange of any product according to the verbal or written contract made between the vendor and Tattu Limited and as shown or declared at the web page, i.e. www.tattu.com.bd.

টাট্টু লিমিটেড এর সাথে ভেন্ডর অথবা খুচরা সরবরাহকারীগণ এর মৌখিক অথবা লিখিত চুক্তি অনুযায়ী এবং ওয়েব পেজ এ বিস্তৃত বা বর্ণিত পণ্যের সঠিকতা, মান, প্রাপ্যতা, ওয়ারেন্টি, গ্যারান্টি, ফেরত এবং বদলি এ সমস্ত বিষয়ে প্রাথকিক এবং একক দায়বহনকারি হবেন ভেন্ডর অথবা খুচরা সরবরাহকারীগণ।

4. Consumers to pay once they receive the products with full satisfaction. So, no refund should be associated herewith.

ক্রেতাগন পণ্য প্রাপ্তি এবং সঠিকটা বিবেচনা সাপেক্ষে পণ্যের মূল্য পরিশোধ করিবেন। ফলে, মূল্য ফেরত এর কোন নীতিমালা এখানে প্রযোজ্য নয়।

5. In case of a product with warranty or guarantee, the vendor will initiate to change or repair accordingly. The customer will pay for the delivery service or courier charges.

পন্যের ওয়ারেন্টি, গ্যারান্টি সাপেক্ষে ভেন্ডরগন রিপেয়ার অথবা পরিবর্তন এ উদ্যোগী হইবেন। ক্রেতাগন পণ্যটি পাঠানো এবং আনায়ন এর কুরিয়ার খরচ বহন করিবেন।

6. Once delivered successfully, Tattu Limited will remain no longer liable for any broken, damaged, warranty/guarantee void seals torn or broken.

পণ্য প্রাপ্তি এবং সঠিকটা বিবেচনা সাপেক্ষে পণ্যের মূল্য পরিশোধ করার পর পণ্যের ভাঙ্গা, খতিগ্রস্থতা, ওয়ারেন্টি ও গ্যারান্টি সিল নষ্ট করন বা ছেড়া ইত্যাদি সমস্ত বিষয়ে টাট্টু লিমিটেড দায়ী আর থাকিবে না।

T&C’s – Online payment options:

7. If the product or service price is paid in advance through any of our available online payment services, the refund policy will have the same effect as above and if the products not received by the customer due to faulty or wrong delivery from our part, the payment will be refunded according to the payment collection partners disbursement policy.

যদি কোন পন্ন্য বা সেবার জন্য অনলাইন অথবা অন্ন্য যে কোন মাধ্যমে অগ্রিম মুল্ল্য পরিশোধ করা হয়, তবেও মুল্ল্য ফেরত নীতি উপরের উল্লেখিত নীতি সমুহের ন্যায় একই পন্থা অবলম্বন করা হবে। যদি আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে ভুল পন্ন্য অথবা খতিগ্রস্থ পন্ন্যের সরবরাহের কারনে পণ্যটি গ্রহন করা না হয়, তবে যদি অগ্রিম মুল্ল্য পরিশোধিত হয়ে থাকে, তবে পরিশোধিত মুল্ল্য অনলাইনে মুল্ল্য গ্রহণকারী অংশিদারের ডিসবারসমেন্ট নীতি অনুযায়ি ক্রেতাকে ফেরত দেয়া হবে।

7. Cancellation Policy:

If any customer cancels any order after being confirmed it:

1. The product was ordered but not yet shipped, the customer pays nothing. Or if already paid online, will be refunded after deducting the online payment gateway charges.

পন্ন্যটি অর্ডার করেছিল কিন্ত তা এখনো কুরিয়ারে ছারা হয়নি, অর্ডার টি বাতিল করতে ক্রেতাকে কিছুই পে করতে হবে না। যদি অনলাইনে মুল্ল্য পরিশোধ করা হয়ে থাকে, তবে তা অনলাইন পেমেন্টের গেটওয়ে চার্জ কেটে অবশিষ্টাংশ ফেরত দেয়া হবে।

2. The product was ordered and already been shipped, the customer witll have to pay the delivery and the return charge according to the delivery partner’s both way delivery charge. If the price was already paid through online, the refund will be made after deducting the online gateway charge plus both way delivery expenses.

3. পন্ন্যটি অর্ডার করেছিল এবং তা কুরিয়ারে ছারা হয়ে গেছে তবে অর্ডার টি বাতিল করতে ক্রেতাকে ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের ডেলিভারি এবং রিটার্ন উভয় খরচ পে করতে হবে। যদি অনলাইনে মুল্ল্য পরিশোধ করা হয়ে থাকে, তবে তা অনলাইন পেমেন্টের গেটওয়ে চার্জ এবং ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের ডেলিভারি এবং রিটার্ন উভয় খরচ কেটে অবশিষ্টাংশ ফেরত দেয়া হবে।

4. The product was ordered, shipped and delivered, the customer can no longer cancel the order. But is suggested to check our return & refund policy above.

পন্ন্যটি অর্ডার করেছিল এবং তা কুরিয়ারে ছারা হয়েছে এবং তা ক্রেতার নিকট পৌঁছে গেছে, এমতাবস্থায় ক্রেতা এই অর্ডার টি আর বাতিল করতে পারবে না। তবে কেতাকে এই ক্ষেত্রে উপরে উল্লেখিত রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি দেখার জন্য পরামর্শ দেয়া যাচ্ছে।
